The following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Sinar" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — refers to the business operating at No. 31, Jalan Tengku Kelana, 41000 Klang, Selangor, Malaysia.
• "You" / "Client" / "User" — refers to any individual or business entity visiting our website or engaging our services.
• "Services" — refers to the AI integration consulting packages offered by Sinar, including the Orientation Workshop, Guided Implementation, and Long-Term Companion Plan.
• "Website" — refers to the site located at https://sinarmy.club.
• "Agreement" — refers to these Terms and Conditions, together with any service proposal or written engagement letter agreed between us.
• "Content" — refers to all materials, reports, reference cards, and written summaries we produce in the course of delivering a service.

By using this website or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or proceed with an engagement.

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 or over who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By proceeding, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Sinar provides AI integration consulting services to small businesses in Malaysia. Our three service packages are:

Services are delivered primarily in the Klang/Selangor area, with remote delivery available where agreed in advance.

When using our website or engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information when contacting us or completing an engagement.
• Use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
• Not attempt to interfere with the operation of our website or access systems you are not authorised to use.
• Treat our team with courtesy and respect during all interactions.
• Not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any materials we produce without our prior written consent.

All website content — including text, design, logos, and structure — is owned by or licensed to Sinar and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt it without our written consent.

Materials we create specifically for you as part of a paid engagement (such as reference cards, workflow guides, or written summaries) are licensed to you for use within your business. They may not be resold or shared with third parties without our agreement.

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Generally:

• The Orientation Workshop is payable in full before the session date.
• The Guided Implementation requires a 50% deposit before commencement, with the balance due upon completion.
• The Long-Term Companion Plan is invoiced monthly in advance, from the agreed start date.

Payments may be made by bank transfer or such other methods as we confirm at the time of engagement.

Refunds: If you wish to cancel an Orientation Workshop with more than 48 hours' notice, we will offer a full refund or a reschedule at no additional cost. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a partial retention. For the Guided Implementation, the deposit is non-refundable if work has commenced. The Long-Term Companion Plan may be paused or ended with 14 days' notice; any unused prepaid period will be credited.

Services are delivered according to a scope agreed in writing before work begins. We make reasonable efforts to keep to agreed schedules, and we will communicate promptly if any adjustment is needed.

We may suggest modifications to scope during an engagement if we believe they would better serve your business. Any changes to agreed scope will be discussed and confirmed with you before implementation.

Our services depend on reasonable cooperation from you and your team, including access to relevant information and participation in scheduled sessions.

Our services are provided in good faith based on the information available to us. We are not able to promise specific business outcomes, and we do not make any representation that a particular tool will be suitable for every situation.

AI tools and platforms are provided by third parties. Their availability, pricing, or functionality may change independently of our advice. We are not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms after our engagement concludes.

Our advice is practical and experience-based. It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional technical advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Sinar's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service to which the claim relates.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity, howsoever arising. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

We are not liable for force majeure events — circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural events, infrastructure outages, or changes to third-party platform terms.

Either party may end a service engagement with written notice as described in Section 6. We reserve the right to end an engagement immediately if a client acts in a manner that is abusive, dishonest, or in breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, any outstanding fees for work completed remain due. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith discussions between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit it to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. Mediation through the Malaysian Mediation Centre is encouraged before formal legal proceedings.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any written service proposal, constitute the full agreement between us and supersede prior discussions.

Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in full effect.

Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our obligations where our business is transferred.
