Do I need any technical knowledge to work with Sinar?
No. Our services are built specifically for owners and teams with no technology background. The Orientation Workshop starts from scratch and uses plain-language explanations throughout. We do not assume you know what AI is or how it works.
What kind of AI tools do you recommend?
We look at tools that help with everyday tasks — such as drafting replies, organising information, scheduling, and handling repetitive data work. We only suggest tools with a free or low-cost starting tier, so you can try before committing any budget.
How long does the Orientation Workshop take?
Typically two to three hours, held at your premises in Klang or over a video call. Afterwards, you receive a short written summary — usually two to four pages — that you can share with staff or revisit at any time.
What happens after the workshop if I want to continue?
